Absolutely phenomenal service and compassion from DR Sari ! Being unable to have local anaesthetic and having PTSD from previous dentists I was terrified but he went over and above giving me time to process each step and managed to treat me accordingly- completely restored my faith in dentists and I hope to continue building on this with DR Sari to resolve all my dental issues very soon. 100 percent recommend, especially if a nervous patient. Cannot express my gratitude enough.

I cracked my tooth late at night and quickly called the clinic. The team immediately helped me secure an appointment for the next day. It was my first time seeing a dentist in Australia, and I was really nervous at first. But Dr. Sari was incredibly gentle and kind, and the dental assistant who speaks Chinese helped translate everything, which made me feel so much more at ease. They fixed my tooth perfectly in the end. I feel really lucky to meet such a caring team while being abroad! 👍🏻

I'm from the UK needed emergency filling and help with my wisdom tooth and just happened to find this gem. Dr Sari was absolutely fantastic i cannot speak highly enough, along with all the staff. From the minute I phoned for an appointment to when I left at 9.30pm (amazing they do late appointments too) I was treated fantastic. I put at ease the minute I walked through the door. I had such a good experience that my mother is now changing to this dentist.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Matthew and had a great experience. Everything was done very smoothly and efficiently, and before I knew it, the appointment was over. Dr. Matthew was very kind, gentle, and reassuring, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. Vivian, the dental assistant, was also very friendly and professional. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them.

Dr Matthew from Pure Dentistry at Upper Mt Gravatt and the whole Pure Dentistry team provide top quality dental services in a relaxed, clean and friendly atmosphere. I cannot recommend Dr Sari highly enough. He is an incredibly empathetic, intelligent and nurturing person. He went above and beyond for my partner today and I will be forever grateful for his kindness and expertise. I can understand why he has so many 5 star reviews! Dr. Issac, who was our anaesthetist today was equally as wonderful. He called in advance to reassure us both and is incredible at what he does, ensuring my partner was comfortable the entire time. I found the entire team at Pure Dentistry to be fabulous! A bonus point also goes to whoever installed the fish tank with Nemo and Dory in the reception, it gave me a good laugh and was also a big hit with my 8 month old baby! Thanks again team!

I truly wish I could leave a 10 star review for Dr Sari and the Pure Dentistry team!! I had to get 2 wisdom teeth extracted last week and Dr Sari was absolutely incredible. It was my first ever tooth extraction and he was so calming and reassuring and made the entire process feel so easy. I even went back for a review (due to my own anxiousness about the healing process) and he provided me with such great reassurance and care and not once made me feel silly or invalidated for my concern. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you Dr Sari, you’re such an amazing dentist and even more amazing human 😊

Both Dr Ellie and Dr Thomas have been so gentle, caring and reassuring to our 7 year old who needed front adult teeth restored both with and without gas on seperate occasions. Because of their excellent care she has had multiple pleasant experiences. Would recommend to anyone either kids or adults who may be anxious.

I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a dentist but here we are! I needed 4 wisdom teeth and a molar out and had put it off until it was literally at breaking point. Dr Matthew was so friendly and welcoming on my first appointment and didn’t make me feel judged like my old dentist! I had my teeth removed under IV sedation (amazing!) and 2 weeks post op I’m pretty much back to 100%. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

I recently took my Grandson here for two wisdom teeth to be removed. They had some complications with the first tooth and organised numerous follow-up visits for him at no extra cost, to ensure he had the care needed and a speedy recovery, which he did. His dentist “Dr Matthew” was so kind and caring, with a genuine concern for his patients welfare - we cannot thank him enough. Fabulous practise; excellent customer service and exceptional clinical care. I would highly recommend them!
